Our company, BESTWIDE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD falls under DEVELOPMENT in accordance to the LBD Quadrants as we are a local company with local employment target 50% to 90% and more than 70% local content target. The company is actively managed by the owner, Zaidi Bin Hj Dollah as well as the executive Director, Dk. Hayati Binti Pg Hj Ali.

We are compliance to the Energy Department under the prime Minister's Office Local Business Development (LBD) Directives as we have submitted three-cycles of LBD Performance Reporting since mid-year of 2012. In term of our long term LBD targets, we are focusing to achieve 50% to 90% local employment percentage as instructed by LBD Directive 2 with over 70% local content by maximizing our usage of local sub-contractor. For 2013, the company targeted to achieve 70% for local Content and this figure was derived from local employment, good and services.

The Training and Development Program are provided yearly especially for our local staff based on their field and job requirement. However, the program is subject to change depending on course availability and free time of the staff.
